Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has allocated approximately $903,000 in 2026/27 for Copilot licenses and related support. Broader AI-enabled capability is typically delivered as part of wider digital investments and is not separately budgeted or reported as a distinct category of expenditure. I am advised that the Criminal Case Review Commission has budgeted $15,325 on artificial intelligence for 2026/27. For other Crown entities the answer is nil.
