25699 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How many permanent staff, if any, were employed within each of the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, during 2024/25 financial year?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples that between 1 July 2024 and 27 May 2025, 91 people were permanent employees of the Ministry. This includes employees that started with the Ministry prior to the financial year and employees that resigned within that time period. The peak head count of permanent staff YTD is 91 staff employed.
