Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Why do the figures for Kāinga Ora's customer satisfaction survey results for the September 2025 quarter provided in his reply to Question 56408 (2025) differ from the figures for the same quarter provided in his reply to Question 19882 (2025) and which figures, if any, are correct?

Hon Chris Bishop: The 2025 September quarter satisfaction results were updated to correct previously misapplied demographic weightings . This resulted in minor changes to the previously reported results. The corrected results are provided in response to question 19882 (2026).
