25663 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti: How many permanent staff, if any, were employed within each of the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, during 2024/25 financial year?

Hon Tama Potaka: This question relates to the periods before and after the transfer of the Māori Crown Relations functions to Te Puni Kōkiri on 24 February 2025. For the period 1 July 2024 until 24 February 2025, I am advised that Te Puni Kōkiri consulted Ministry of Justice as it does not hold this information. The Ministry of Justice provided details on permanent roles at Te Arawhiti during the 2024/25 FY in the attached table. For the period since 24 February 2025, I refer the Member to my answer to written question 25668 (2025).
