25660 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Regulation: What new user charges, if any, will be introduced by the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, in 2025/26, and for each of these what is the total amount expected to be collected?

Hon David Seymour: The member will be aware that their question is copied from the Finance and Expenditure Committee’s supplementary estimates questionnaire for which answers from Ministers are due to the Committee by 11 June 2025. Officials advise that the Ministry for Regulation has no user charges, and therefore no user chargers were collected in 2024/25 and none will be collected in 2025/26. This is also my reply to written parliamentary questions 25676 and 25956 (2025).
