25391 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Police: How much funding, if any, was allocated to capital works by the each of the Minister’s responsible agencies, if any, during the 2024/25 financial year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that $148m capital has been allocated for the 2024/25 financial year for Police. This is a mix of internal and external funding and excludes the Next Generation Critical Communications initiative which provides critical communications across the emergency sector and is not solely a Police initiative. The 2025/26 financial year investment plan is yet to be finalised.
