25375 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Education: Is the Ministry of Education's Resource Teachers: Learning and Behaviour service exempt from the government's public servant job number cuts?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Ministry of Education's Resource Teachers: Learning and Behaviour, and Learning Support Coordinators are not public servants. The detail of how the Government’s public service reform will be delivered is still being worked through. It would be premature to comment on specific roles or numbers while this work is underway. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 25376, 25381, and 25382 (2026)
