Hon Brooke van Velden: The Department of Internal Affairs (the Department) I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that the Department has spent $96.6 million on capital works up to 30 April 2025. The Lotteries Commission Nil. Fire and Emergency New Zealand (Fire and Emergency) I am advised that Fire and Emergency’s actual spending on capital works in the 2024/25 year to date is $54.0 million (funded through insurance levy receipts). A further $3.5 million of capital spending was funded by the Government’s Next Generation Critical Communications project. Office of Film and Literature Classification Nil.
