Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. Officials in DPMC have not produced a document listing a line-by-line review of the portfolio.
