Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I refer the member to the Summary of Initiatives, and Specific Fiscal Risks chapter of the Budget Economic and Fiscal Update.
