Hon Penny Simmonds: The Ministry for the Environment prepared a Performance Plan on behalf of portfolio ministers for submission to Central Agencies on 7 November 2024, as a precursor to the Budget 2025 exercise. The performance plan considered portfolio priorities, cost pressures, and risks.
