24992 (2026). Glen Bennett to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: Has all the revenue from the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy been allocated for the 2026/27 year, and if not, what is the balance?

Hon Louise Upston: The total revenue from the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) is forecast to be approximately $229 million per annum. As Minister for Tourism and Hospitality, I am responsible for $35 million of this funding, which is the discretionary tourism allocation set through Budget decisions. Work is underway on tourism investments from the IVL and I expect to make announcements in due course.
