Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Did the Minister or their Office produce a document listing their line-by-line review of their portfolio, including their priorities, proposed savings, and potential impacts as part of the Budget 2025 process, and if so, what was that document called?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry for the Environment prepared a Performance Plan on behalf on portfolio ministers for submission to Central Agencies on 7 November 2024, as a precursor to the Budget 2025 exercise. The performance plan considered portfolio priorities, cost pressures, and risk.
