Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me that it had 4,681 permanent employees as of 22 May 2025. This is an increase of 4.02% - or 181 roles - in permanent employees since 30 May 2024. This increase has been driven by ACC investing in new frontline roles who work directly with clients. ACC’s current HRIS system does not allow it to provide reporting that lists year to year FTE changes at the level of individual roles.
