Hon Judith Collins: The Public Service Commission undertook a Financial Sustainability Programme in 2024 reducing Commission employees by 11. Then in December 2024 there was then an increase in employees resulting from the Crown Response office (42 headcount) transferring to the Commission from Oranga Tamariki. The net change of all roles within the Commission is outlined below. As at 31 March 2024: Head Count – 206 FTE – 195.8 Administrator/ Coordinator – 14 Advisor – 28 Senior Advisor – 65 Principal Advisor – 47 Chief Advisor / Manager – 35 Senior Leadership Tier 1 and 2 – 17 As at 31 March 2025: Head Count – 209 FTE – 199.7 Administrator/ Coordinator – 19 Advisor – 21 Senior Advisor – 66 Principal Advisor – 57 Chief Advisor / Manager – 33 Senior Leadership Tier 1 and 2 – 13
