24856 (2026). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Finance: What is the estimated fiscal cost, if any, of the new fiscal risk in the Budget Economic and Finance Update that "there is a risk that the Crown could incur additional costs to procure LNG facility services"?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised the estimated cost is commercially sensitive and therefore I do not believe it is in the public interest to release. As noted in the specific fiscal risk referenced by the Member, it is expected that the facility will be cost recovered from third party revenue and as such will be fiscally neutral.
