Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I am not an appropriation minister. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. I refer the member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 24938 (2025) provided in my capacity as the Prime Minister.
