Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Finance: To what extent, if any, might the new fiscal risk in the Budget Economic and Finance Update that "there is a risk that the Crown could incur additional costs to procure LNG facility services" worsen due to the ongoing fossil fuel price shock?

Hon Nicola Willis: The increase in global fuel prices as a result of the Middle East conflict does not directly impact the fiscal cost of procuring Liquified Natural Gas facility services.
