24835 (2026). Tamatha Paul to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: How many applications were received for the Events Boost Fund, and how many were approved or declined?

Hon Louise Upston: 198 applications have been received. Of these, I have declined 99 applications and 50 were assessed as ineligible. The MBIE website contains a list of events announced to date: https://www.mbie.govt.nz/immigration-and-tourism/tourism/tourism-funding.
