24755 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti: How many roles, if any, were disestablished in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, between 30 May 2024 and 22 May 2025, listed by job title and number of roles under each job title?

Hon Tama Potaka: This question relates to a period before the transfer of the Māori Crown Relations functions from Te Arawhiti to Te Puni Kōkiri on 24 February 2025. I am advised that Te Puni Kōkiri consulted Ministry of Justice as it does not hold this information. The Ministry of Justice response is, for the period 30 May 2024 until 24 February 2025 44 FTE roles were disestablished at Te Arawhiti and transferred to Te Puni Kōkiri. For the period since 24 February 2025, I refer the Member to my answer to written question 24761 (2025).
