Hon Chris Penk: Changes to established positions, both creating and disestablishing, regularly occur to ensure resource is directed to support areas of focus and growth, ensuring the right capabilities to advance strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Between 30 May 2024 and 22 May 2025 there were 109 newly created positions, which were often offset with position disestablishment. A list of these roles is provided as an appendix.
