Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the net change in roles at the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) between 30 May 2024 and 22 May 2025 was 16 roles. These net changes in roles are listed by job title and the number of roles under each job title, in the attached appendix. This response is inclusive of the roles of the Border Executive Board Secretariat as these roles are considered employees of the New Zealand Customs Service.
