Hon Tama Potaka: I refer the member to the attached table. The Department of Conservation notes that roles are established and disestablished for a range of reasons, including for administrative changes and change in delivery work focuses (for example from community ranger work to biodiversity ranger work, or vice versa) within districts or other units. Numbers of roles established or disestablished are not the same as staff joining or leaving the Department.
