Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Transport: What specific instructions, directions or advice, if any, have been issued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year, listed by title and date?

Hon James Meager: I am advised that the latest Government Workforce Policy Statement and related guidance issued by the Public Service Commission has informed CAA’s approach to collective bargaining. This guidance has been applied within CAA to collective bargaining for CAA’s three Collective Employment Agreements. I am not aware of other specific instructions, directions or advice regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year that have been issued.
