24559 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: How much, if any, has been budgeted for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any for the 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026 financial year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The only direct expense relating to the Carbon Neutral Government Programme is Sport New Zealand’s Toitū membership and audit. Both Sport NZ and High Performance Sport NZ pay separately for these services. Sport NZ has budgeted $12,100 and High Performance Sport NZ $10,900 in FY26.
