24512 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: How much, if any, has been budgeted for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any for the 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026 financial year?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the property and facilities management of Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha, is a shared service consumed via MSD, and falls within MSD’s Carbon Neutral Government Programme. In relation to Disability Support Services, which is part of the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 24471 (2025).
