24502 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What specific instructions, directions or advice, if any, have been issued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year, listed by title and date?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Public Service Commission has prepared Government Workforce Policy statements which are available on its website, and the Ministry for Disabled People – Whaikaha strategy for its current collective bargaining negotiations is consistent with these statements. In relation to Disability Support Services, which is part of the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 24462 (2025).
