24500 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: How much, if any, has been budgeted for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any for the 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026 financial year?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I am the Vote Minister for Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet and the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that DPMC and NEMA have not completed budgets for the 2025/26 financial year. I am advised that DPMC and NEMA are participants in the Carbon Neutral Government Programme
