24452 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What restructures, if any, are planned for the 2025/26 financial year in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, listed by when this may occur, how much is budgeted for restructuring costs and estimated savings to be accrued as a result of restructuring?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police currently has 26 proposed change initiatives for the 2025/26 financial year. These range in size and complexity, and in various stages of being scoped. If approved, Police aims for these initiatives to be delivered over the next six months and at this stage estimated costs and savings are to be defined. The Serious Fraud Office has no restructures planned for 2025/26.
