Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What specific instructions, directions or advice, if any, have been issued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year, listed by title and date?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police received guidance from Te Kawa Mataaho and Treasury in relation to pay and conditions of employment only. The Serious Fraud Office has not issued any advice regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year.
