Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Māori Development: What specific instructions, directions or advice, if any, have been issued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year, listed by title and date?

Hon Tama Potaka: I interpret the members question to refer to instructions, directions or advice from the Public Service Commission on employment contract matters. I am advised that Te Puni Kōkiri will prepare this information for the upcoming Māori Affairs Select Committee’s Estimates Review process and will be available publicly in due course.
