24410 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What restructures, if any, are planned for the 2025/26 financial year in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, listed by when this may occur, how much is budgeted for restructuring costs and estimated savings to be accrued as a result of restructuring?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: It would be inappropriate for me to comment on any of the matters specified before they have been communicated to staff, if applicable. I can advise that the Electoral Commission has one proposed change planned for the 2025/26 financial year. This proposal was released on 29 May 2025 and the proposal costs are estimated to be $32,810.
