24409 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What specific instructions, directions or advice, if any, have been issued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year, listed by title and date?

Hon Chris Penk: On 3rd February 2025 the Public Service Association (PSA) initiated bargaining, which led to Land Information New Zealand providing a notice of initiation of bargaining to all employees under coverage of the Collective Employment Agreement on 12th February 2025. On 7th April 2025 an updated Flexible Working Arrangements Policy, with new provisions on working from home arrangements, was published to take effect 1 August 2025. Guidelines to support this Policy were issued on Monday 19 May 2025.
