Hon Chris Bishop: This information for the Ministry of Housing and urban Development will be provided in the 2025/26 Estimates Exam for Vote Housing and Urban Development and will be published soon. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time, and hence expense, of answering these questions earlier than planned cannot be justified as a matter of public interest. Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is likely to make future changes to improve services and ensure efficient use of funds. However, no specific additional change processes are planned at this stage.
