Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Education: What specific instructions, directions or advice, if any, have been issued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding employment contract matters for the 2025/26 financial year, listed by title and date?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that there has been no instructions, directions or advice specific to the Charter School Agency (CSA) regarding employment contract matters. Because the CSA is hosted by the Ministry of Education, any Ministry employment instructions, directions or advice would also apply to CSA staff.
