Hon Chris Bishop: As Minister of Housing, I note that Information on the Flexible Fund from Budget 2026 relates to expected delivery from the 2028/29 financial year. A number of key steps, such as updating the investment plan and designing and completing a future procurement process will need to take place before commercially sensitive information is shared or expected tenure types are known.
