Rt Hon Winston Peters: This main component of the Protecting a Resilient, Safe and Secure Offshore Diplomatic Network for New Zealand initiative is to maintain the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s offshore network, which will be delivered. Final decisions on the smaller components of the initiative have not yet been made.
