Vanushi Walters to the Minister responsible for the GCSB and NZSIS: What additional oversight or assurance arrangements, if any, accompany the increased appropriations for the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service and the Government Communications Security Bureau in Budget 2026, and has the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security been consulted on the funded uplift?
