Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Prime Minister: If the briefing document from Fonterra and Z Energy that made suggestions for a potential law change recieved by a staffer in the Prime Minister's Office in mid-2024 does not still exist does the Prime Minister or anyone in his office know what happened to it; if so what did happen to it?
