24201 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Economic Development: Of any proposed redundancies to their responsible agencies to meet a public sector saving initiative, if any, how many indirectly interact with customers, as at 30 May 2024?

Hon Melissa Lee: I am advised that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment does not attribute staff to categories in this way, and many teams across the agency contribute to work across multiple areas and customer groups. For New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, I am advised that following a consultation process, final decisions are still in progress and have not yet been communicated.
