24139 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Police: What training, if any, are Police receiving in relation to the proposed changes in the Crimes Legislation (Stalking and Harassment) Amendment Bill?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police is still working through the initial planning stages for the proposed Crimes Legislation (Stalking and Harassment) Amendment Bill. As is standard with new legislation, training for frontline officers will be developed and implemented once the final content of the Bill is confirmed and passed by Parliament. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 24149 and 24151 (2025).
