24137 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for the Environment: What legislative programs, excluding changes to legislation dealing with waste, if any, is the Minister planning to progress through the rest of the term?

Hon Penny Simmonds: In addition to progressing reform to the Waste Minimisation Act, I am also progressing amendments to the Environmental Reporting Act 2015 and the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996.
