Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Conservation: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning Monday 19 May 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when is any such consultation expected to close?

Hon Tama Potaka: The Department of Conservation advises me that one new consultation with staff was opened for the week beginning 19 May 2025 relating to a change in reporting line for a team within the Organisation Support Group to another manager in the same Group. There are no proposed reductions in roles through this proposal. Consultation will close on 21 May 2025.
