24043 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Was there any advice in any of the Cabinet documentation for the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance (CCCFA) Amendment, if any, which notes that if smaller banks had to make large payments for breaches of disclosure requirements under the CCCFA, they could risk being pushed “literally out of business”?
