Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that due to the transition from a formally Ministry of Social Development hosted data warehouse to an in-house Oranga Tamariki data warehouse, this information does not exist in a readily available format. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 199-3, I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of asking Oranga Tamariki to divert staff from their core duties to create this information is not in the public interest.
