23984 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: What, if any, consultation with children and young people has been undertaken in the development of the Relationships & Sexuality Education Framework?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that the consultation for the draft Relationships and Sexuality Education framework was open to anyone, including children and young people. The Ministry targeted young people specifically through posts on social media platforms, such as Instagram.
