23981 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the total value and number of grants for electricity costs that Ministry of Social Development has granted, excluding the Winter Energy Payment, in each month since January 2024, by region?

Hon Louise Upston: I refer the member to the attached spreadsheet. The table contains the number of hardship applications granted, and the amount granted, for Food Grants and Electricity Assistance from 1 January 2024 to 30 April 2025, by month and MSD region. This is also my response for written question 23978 (2025).
