23954 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Will he direct Te Whatu Ora to keep formal records of future meetings with local government bodies regarding critical infrastructure or service delivery, if this is not current practice, if not, why not?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand's approach to note-taking during meetings is dependent on the context and purpose of the meeting.
