Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I received the following documents from the Ministry for the Environment during the week beginning 12 May 2025: 13/5/25: BRF-6236 Natural and Built Environment Act 2023 (NBEA) Fast-track consenting: Assessment to support Minister Bishop’s decision as Minister Responsible for RMA 14/5/25: BRF-6204 Hawke's Bay Regional Council TANK Plan Change 15/5/25: Resource Management Act Reform Weekly Update week ending 16 May 2025. It is not in the public interest to release nine further titles as they are under active consideration.
