23864 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What engagement has the Ministry of Health had with the WHO regarding the pandemic treaty since the formation of the current Government, and how has it ensured those engagements are consistent with the coalition agreement, if at all?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has led New Zealand’s engagement with the WHO associated with the treaty, including the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body.
